They were unable to provide services at that time. They recommend another plumbing company who was able to accommodate my needs. I called Frecka back & thanked them for giving me another plumber who did a great job.

Just got off the phone with Gary, discussing the purchase of a new and expensive hot water tank. After some discussion of what I thought I needed, based largely on the size of my jetted bathtub, I told him I thought someone needed to come out to assess what was needed and determine if it would fit in the utility closet. He laughed inappropriately several times, like I was stupid or something, then said he could not afford to send someone out to do that, then before I could say I guess I'll have to hire someone else, he said have a nice day and hung up on me. The reviews here are accurate. Gary is not doing his business any favors with his behavior.

They came out within 48h of calling, and did some gas line work for me... But I have to say, the price left a bad taste in my mouth - their rate was considerably higher than the competition and being an hourly rate they had little motivation to move quickly.

Best run plumbing company in the area.
