Had these guys send out a service representative today for annual flushing of my water heaters. One was perfectly fine, but the second water heater was full of sediment. The tech took the time to explain the probable causes and then checked my water for hardness. Despite having a water conditioning unit, my water was about as hard as it could get. Thanks to the guys, I was made aware of an unacceptable water condition and can not voice my concerns to the water conditioning company. In addition, they took the time to check my water pressure which was close to the max allowable pressure for a residential unit. He then checked on the pressure release valve which was cracked. Fortunately, he had a brass valve available on his truck and was able to replace the defective valve during the same appointment. I offer my sincere thanks and appreciate to Jorge for a job well done. His expertise and thoroughness helped ensure that I might avoid future problems with my water system.

The Tech that came out was very polite professional. and thorough. We feel very confident that repair that we need will be done and done correct. Office personal very helpful in getting work scheduled and discounts to ensure this all goes as plan. We are very pleased with Pacific inc.

I was lucky enough to find Ron on Google after coming home from vacation to a flooded kitchen as a result of a broken water filter. We were panicked, but he came out within twenty minutes at 10:00 on a Friday night. He was so pleasant and so helpful and knowledgeable. He stopped the source of our flood and immediately brought out an emergency restoration company to inspect and assess our problem. It was such a stressful time for us, but I am so grateful for Ron's quick response and help in stopping our flood and getting us the additional help that we needed. I will definitely be using him in the future if a plumbing need arises.In addition we had our main sewer line inspected and came to find out it had major tree roots and we had John come the next day and helped us get everything fixed.

I've used Peter twice now, and I've been very happy both times. He's quick to reply, communicative, and works efficiently as well. The last time I had him by I have a laundry list of stuff to be done, including lighting install and plaster work, that he finished in a few hours. And he knows what he's doing. The work isn't slapdash, nor does it look fine only to come apart the next day. He's reasonably priced, and honestly in my experience if anyone is "cheap" there's a reason for it. He's a trustworthy, skilled electrician and a great go to handyman for basics, in addition to being a totally nice guy. There are so many people out there who have no idea What they're doing. He's the only number you need in your phone.

Great service. Had an emergency and they responded before time they had given. Technician was knowledgeable and had me up and running again within an hour. Highly recommend Pacific INC!
