Excellent service and reasonable prices, I have used Beny for over 10yrs for all sorts of emergencies at the property I managed in North Hills. His very punctual and responsible and thrust worthy. He has always fixed the issues on the same day and always comes prepared for the job he's coming to do.

BEWARE. I never put reviews, and especially negative reviews, because I realize that people rely on their businesses to make a living. However, my experience with Beny was absolutely terrible. He was recommended to me from a friend, so I believed that he would be trustworthy. I called Beny on Friday morning, explained the problem (shower valve issue), and he said he would come on Monday. He asked me to text him my address and a picture of the valve. I did that immediately after I got off the phone. I didn't hear back from him all weekend to confirm when he was coming on Monday, so I sent him a text (I didn't want to interrupt his weekend, but to at least let him know I was still waiting for a response for Monday). I still didn't hear back from him on Monday, so I texted him again and then left a message about a couple of hours later (in case he didn't see my text). Beny called me back Monday afternoon, but I was in a meeting so I couldn't take it. He left me a message (and oddly enough, left it for my husband, even though I had told him my name multiple times, and was the only one speaking with him). I called him back, and he said he could come on Wednesday, but he refused to give me a time and just told me to call him in the morning and he would come within an hour or so. On Wednesday morning, I call him first thing - his voicemail is full. So I send him another text. He called back, and said he would be able to come in a couple of hours (it was about 8:30am at the time), so he could come close to noon at the latest. He was on speaker, and my husband also heard this. Around 12:30pm on Wednesday, I called him to see if he would be coming still. He didn't answer so I left a message. 2pm rolled by, so I called him again. This time he answered. I asked him if he would be still coming to fix the shower valve (I wasn't upset, I realize that schedules change). Beny became very defensive with me, and I told him I was just wondering if he could come by today because he had mentioned that he could come around noon. He seriously went from 0-60 with me, and suddenly started yelling at me and said, "Fine, I can't make it," and hung up. I found someone else within a few minutes to come by and fix it instead. The moral of the story is, don't deal with terrible people. There are others that can do the service for you, promptly and without being rude and defensive.

Had Beny come over on Thursday as our master was over flowing. Beny himself came right over to take a look. We ended up replacing the sewer line underneath the house between the master and the front as the old cast iron pipes were clogged and the slope was almost none existing and was causing it to clog. They came over later that day and had the job done in a few hours!! Great price and VERY knowledgable. Highly recommended.

Beny has been our family plumber for well over 10 years. Over the years we have had several plumbing emergencies and he is always quick to respond. He is honest and does excellent work. His prices are fair, but his knowledge and experience is unmatched. We are very pleased to have him as our family plumber.

Super knowledgable , with the proper tools and know how. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended !
