Great guy, responsive and does good work

ABC was highly recommended by a friend, and they were the first ones I called. I made an appointment for today and called this morning to confirm. I put off several other tasks to wait for them to arrive but they never did. Nor did they phone to tell me they wouldn't be coming. Needless to say, this was a huge disappointment.

I called Monday morning and I explained my problems so he took my name, address and phone number and he told that if he couldn't make it by late afternoon that he would be over late Tuesday morning for sure. I waited all day and they never showed up, not even a phone call to say he couldn't make it. I feel that if he didn't want to do the job, he should have told me and not leave me hanging, not very professional for a local business.

Figured out the issue at one of our buildings right away had it all fixed within a couple hours for a fair price. Will use again!
