Extremely professional. Very open and honest pricing. We had a toilet that was constantly running and getting clogged. Mike gave us some options and pricing up front. He also gave us some prevention tips for the future. We will gladly use McDermott Plumbing again. Highly recommended!!
They are very professional when you can get them to show up. They did an excellent job the first time, but I've called 3x to schedule an appointment to fix another issue and they say they'll call me back to schedule an appointment, but I still haven't gotten a call back.
I called Michael because of the numerous POSITIVE reviews I found on Yelp. I've never used Yelp before, but decided that this was the best way for me to let everyone know that if they are in need of plumbing services, McDermott Plumbing will treat you right! Very knowledgable and fits you into his schedule as quickly as possible. I would have had to wait 14 days longer to get my hot water tank replaced by a local, nationwide organuzation, but Michael took care of me in 2 days!
