Zak was here fast, and did a more thorough cleaning than previous technicians. I would definitely recommend his services to others.

We discovered on a Sunday afternoon that my son's basement had sewage backing up through the basement drain. I called Roto-Rooter and their technician Zak arrived in about 30 minutes from another job he just finished. Zak was great and explained everything as he jetted out the main drain from the house to the main city line. The cost was very affordable and significantly less than I anticipated, and also came with a 1 year warranty. Highly recommend!!

Wow, I am so excited that I called A-1! On a holiday weekend and a Sunday, this company responed quickly. With a house full of family for the holiday, this day could have been a disaster!! Zak was awesome and showed me the problem on the camera, and explained everything in terms easily understood. And a warranty!! Wow, if only I knew about this company sooner! We called New Year’s Eve around 8 pm when we discovered a major backup. They were at our house within 30 minutes. Zak S. was our technician and he hustled from the moment he got here and had us back to normal within 20 minutes and even took the time to give us suggestions for the next time. I have had two separate experiences with A1 sewers, also known as Roto rooter. Both times everyone has been professional yet personable. The work that had to be done was explained to me ahead of time and then when the work was done it was exactly like it was explained, no suprises! I highly recommend these guys. As others have said, Zac is very knowledgeable.
