Rick is a fantastic technician to work with, always taking the extra time to explain different options and answer any questions that come up. I've used RK Plumbing for A/C maintenance, emergency heater service in the dead of winter, sump pump and lift pump failures, and most recently installation of a new tankless hot water heater (picture attached). I am so incredibly happy with RK plumbing. Our water heater went out last night, just when we needed to bathe three young children, and we were scrambling to get it repaired. I had tried to reset it and relight it myself, but it wasn’t working. While other companies were trying to charge upward of $150 just to drive out to the house, RK took 5 minutes to ask me a few questions about the reset and walk me through it. We now have hot water! I am eternally grateful.
