Welll.. I called them. They set a time. I called them again less then an hour before they were supposed to arrive to my house. I already went out of work to meet with them. Only then, he told me that they won't be able to come that day. After few hours he called again (when was driving kids around) and told me that he can come... seriously??

I have been using this outfit for years. Honest, upstanding, excellent at what they do and priced fairly.

Dano Plumbing replaced our water heater two years ago. Today, during sub zero temperatures and thus a very busy day, Joe, was very patient and helpful on the phone to help diagnose the problem with our water heater before sending out a service technician.
