Rapid Plumbing

Wonderfully surprised at how 'rapid' these folks really are. Called in the morning to see if they could address an issue that had our water cut off. A real person (Dan) answers the phone, which isn't always the case with other service providers. He gave a ballpark quote on the phone and we agreed on next day service..unless he found a way to fit it in that day. Well, he found a way and the quote ended up being what we paid without any surprises. I highly recommend Rapid Plumbing for their responsiveness and the quality work that they do.

We needed a back up sump pump and were directed to Dan for pricing and scheduling. He was wonderful as he took time to explain all of our options and sent us an email with pricing and specs on our options. When we decided, he scheduled Jody and Jim to come out for the install. They were on time, did extremely clean work and were very nice. Jody explained all of the workings and he knew all of the science behind the functions. We’ve used rapid plumbing since moving to Cincinnati in ‘06 and they’ve been nothing but great. Always quick to respond and very polite. We’ve had them do everything from fixing leaky faucets, to installing a new utility sink, a back up sump pump, a new faucet and garbage disposal. Their work has always been excellent. Dan and Jody are the best and we highly recommend them.
