Horrible they came out and gave an estimate for bathroom plumbing work and to install a tub would not answer calls and did not even bother to show up that saturday they came on Monday with a million excuses and was suppose to come back on FRIDAY I spoke to Todd at 8:56am and was told that he would be at my house between 1 and 2 pm when I called him at 1:30pm phone went straight to voice mail and continues to go to voice mail which leads me to believe that I have been blocked will never use this company again and pray no one else does either
don’t hire unless you want something broken lol
This company is very unprofessional. I hired them to fix a sewer line problem in May,2018, which was not cheap!! And today January,2019 I have water in my basement AGAIN & the owner Jim refused to honor his warranty and come see why I was getting water in my basement. I had to hire another plumbing contractor and PAY for the new crew to dig up the sewer line that Ohio Plumbing laid because their work was defective. I will be seeking legal action. Do not hire this company!!!!
