They did fine by me. I sent a request online and they got back the next day. After I set up an appointment date, Matt called me to see when I was available after work and he was waiting when I got there. He had my hot water tank fixed up in no time and I was good to go.

My hot water tank was leaking and I called several companies that either wanted over 1000.00 to replace or were too busy. I thought Komar Plumbing only did commercial work but saw their website and called. I had a new hot water tank installed and was very pleased with the work. A week later my supply line to the toliet burst and was happy to know I could call Komar Plumbing to fix that in a timely fashion. I have also had some gas line valves replaced this summer by them and feel good that they are a professional licensed company. I will continue to use them as I update my 50+ year old home.

Komar Plumbing did a fantastic job installing a new hot water tank for me. They are friendly courteous and professional. Dave is a great plumber for them and does great work. Komar is who you want for all your plumbing needs.

So, we are getting ready to build a house. Komar was reffered to us. I called, the receptionist was very kind. Nice lady. The estimators, on the other hand, aren't very good at their jobs. I have worked at a concrete company and did estimates myself, so I am aware that the first impression depends on the interaction with the person's handling the estimates. I left a message for an estimate with Frank , no return call. I called back and talked to Ron, who seems to have an attitude problem, gave him my info and he said he would get back to me. I called back a second time the following day just to check in and stay on top of it, once again ATTITUDE ISSUE from the beginning of the call. I told him we were on a deadline, he said he d idnt know if he could get to write an estimate until 7 days after the drawings were sent to him. Then I got an email him declining to work with us. Komar Plumbing, if you need some professional estimators please let me know. I have names I can pass to you. Lol. Any reply trying to be confrontational will not be replied to, since I'm assuming that's the mentality from the interactions so far with them. Once again the receptionist was very kind.
