Great customer service. I talked to two other companies, who said that I should replace my water heater, costing about $1800.00. Jeff was able to replace a part saving me so much money. They were even able to fit me in the same day that I called. So nice to deal with an honest company that values customer service and is so pleasant to do business with.
Great service, fair pricing
Developed a leak from a pipe freezing and when it thawed, sprayed water behind a shower wall. I called this morning and was told it would be next week because they are slammed, and for good reason considering the havoc of these freezing temps can cause. She said she will call the plummer and see if he could get me taken care of today. She called 20 minutes later with great news, saying he will be there in an hour. Jeff showed up and saved not only my Super Bowl weekend, more importantly enabled my family to live their lives as if this emergency was non-existent. I recommend without hesitation, thank you again! Our ceiling was patched 3 times from what others said was a sweating pipe. Jeff was the only one who looked further and solved the problem. He was then our first call when our bathroom had an issue. Very professional and an excellent problem solver!
