Roto-Rooter

I have used roto rooter before in other areas. This Ashtabula office will not get a call back from me though. I scheduled service for morning. Not only did they not show up when they said, they didnt even bother to call to let us know so we didnt have to remain waiting on them. When we did finally get them out they didn't bring what they needed to resolve the issue. Then they said they would be out the following Monday morning.....and didn't come. Bottom line, I dont recommend this outfit.

These guys went way over what was required of them. Awesome crew.

Called this company to get a back flow certification on a specific retail location. The process went on for weeks, not days, weeks. At the end of of the process we were calling daily to see if the work had been completed only to find that each day it was not. The person answering the phone is very course and borderline rude. Eventually I had to tell them I no longer wanted them to provide service. Absolutely ridiculous experience. Would not recommend this plumbing service to anyone ever.

You can't beat this family owned business. Honest. Fair. Reliable. From new construction to regular residential household plumbing. Jim Carney is one of the hardest workers I know

We called them he said he was going to come at one particular time however he did not.We call back,she said she would call me back she didn't.went by the shop we agreed he would come later on the weekend, however they came the next day said they're going to give an estimate we didn't hear from them.I sorry to say We personally received very poor service from them.
