Can't say enough about these guys. I rarely feel compelled to write an online review about a company, but I was so impressed with my service that I decided to do so. We used another company (Classic Plumbing) and wanted two lines snaked before our basement got finished. They only snaked the floor drain. 75ft, twice, $155. I wasn't home at the time to express my feelings that it was imperative to snake both lines. They told the person that I had watching the house that snaking the main floor drain would be fine. Needless to say, when our basement was finished and water backed up into our new bathroom (nightmare), guess what was the cause? The line they did not snake, and the one I wanted them to also do. I called them and they tried to blame it on the City of North Canton Utility Department. After we got the mess cleaned up, we needed a plumbing service ASAP. RT Hampton was the only company (I called a half dozen, including the previously mentioned company) that was able to make it the day of (within 2 hours of me calling). Our service tech, Ethan, was great. He helped me take off our bi-fold doors and move the dryer to access one of our lines. He explained to me the possible cause of the problem and was just plain professional. He snaked two different lines and the charge was only $95. Labor is $60 per hour, far below other companies. I will never use a different company other than RT Hampton for our plumbing needs in the future. Will be scheduling them every year to snake our lines as a precautionary measure. Look no further.

July 2014 Mused them for root problem. Looked like it got fixed. February 2015 About 8 months later we got root problem again. I called the company they came in Friday night $125 per hour. The guy broke his snake it got stuck in our pipe outside . We went to a hotel for the night. He Came back next day with another man form different company with camera. Found a lot of roots that broke the snake and we're not cleaned first time around. Found the broken piece and removed it. Spent over 3 hours at $125 per guy! Bill was ove $1200 ! After I fought them they reduced it to $450 Still it is outrageous considering it was their fault . I will not use them again ever...
