Builders Beware, they dont truly stand behind their work. We used a tub for the first time for more than a baby, that they installed. Water came pouring through the ceiling below the tub and our new house now has drywall cracks in our ceiling from the water. Grabill came out to look at it.....fixed it....acknowledged they never connected the pieces correctly, acknowledged it was their fault from faulty installation, but won't do anything about it because it happened 2-3 weeks after warranty. Luckily the builder is working with us but if I was a builder I would certainly think twice before using them.

THANK GOODNESS I finally found reliable plumbers!! Grabill Plumbing not only called me back (unlike the other four companies I called) but they showed up and did the work right! God bless Todd- he ran into so many complications because we live out in the country and nothing is really up to code- and after HOURS in the hot and humid day, finally got the job done. I cannot be more happy that I found this company and that Todd showed up to do the work. Thanks guys!!

Very good service. Bryan was able to repair all 4 plumbing problems. Grabill did the original plumbing when the house was built 19 years ago. We will continue to rely on them for future plumbing work.

Grabill was a referal from a friend who works in construction and I will continue to use them in the future! I had leaky bath tub and sink faucets. When I called I got to speak to a guy that set up an appointment less than a week later and he even told me the name of the person that would be coming to my home. I received a call the day before to confirm and then Todd called me the morning of. Todd was great! He explained the problem, fixed it, and didn’t try to sell me anything extra. He was clean, friendly to my kids and dog, and I even found out he had served in the military. Thank you so much for a great experience!
