The owner of the company just came and fixed a bad water leak at my grandmother's place. Fixed it really fast and didn't charge us an arm and a leg! On top of everything it is his wife's birthday and he still took the time to come help us out. Very friendly and funny. Will definitely be using this company for all of our plumbing needs.
They fixed my leaking shower and installed a new toilet, so i had no problems having him replace my hot water tank. However the new one wouldn't fit until he tore my door apart. He said he would come back on feb.5 and install a second toilet in my 2nd bathroom and he would fix my door.Its june and he never came back and left me a mess
ARCH was the only plumber out of about 10 calls who answered his phone at 7pm and was out to our house within an hour to do a quick fix on a burst pipe.
