Well, Mike was absolutely fantastic. Super helpful, did what needed done, honest and fair about pricing. Very nice guy. Mike gets 10 Stars. Unfortunately, due to the usual unforseeable circumstances, our "8am-10am" service changed to "10am-12pm", then "Sorry for the delay, you're next on the route!" Followed by the inevitable "So... We have availability in your area from 4pm-6pm." Now don't get me wrong, I am completely understanding of delays. But three different phone calls that continued to push back our service is a bit unreasonable. Having service done in home with both parents working puts a lot of strain on the day, and preparation. So having it all pushed around made us have to totally restructure our day. No, not a huge inconvenience and most definitely a first world problem. But hey, they sent me a text after the service asking for this review, so... There it is.
Awesome service. They were clean, fast, direct and fully attention to our doubts. They came in the scheduled time; they called before to give us a heads up about the ETA; they were very polite and respectful; and did make all the explanations about the service and price clear and understandable. The service was really well done and they still give us some tips about how to proceed in case of other problems in the end. Before they came, the company called us and also send msgs about who was coming with pictures (safety*-*). I have just good things to say about and for sure I will call them again in the future when needed.
Roto-Rooter was very responsive to my on line request for service which I placed around 1am. I received a phone call just after 8am the next morning, received an email telling me the plumber was on his way and also received a text with the plumber's photo and bio. Victor did an awesome job! Very professional and courteous. Thank you!

Our repairman was fast, efficient, explained everything, and worked very hard to get the job done right. He replaced pipes, fixed the faucet, and took care of all the issues. Fair price, quality service.
