We had them do the plumbing in our new home two toilet tanks cracked not at the same time. We called, they replace one fairly resonable amount of time. After it was replaced another tank on another toilet cracked in the same place. I waited 6 weeks through holidays no call to replace tank. I called after each holiday no answer, Called week after holidays at 8am, they said it just came in we will make arrangements. No arrangements made. Mean time I called another plumbing company order new toliet because one toilet never had flushed correctly which we told them. well it is in already and they are installing today. Customer service is important in any business. I know it is not their fault the toilets broke but service I receive was unacceptable. When I called only response I got to having someone else fix was we will bill u for past service, wow!
