Old Hilliard Plumbing

These guys just came out to my house to test a back flow meter. The problem is that I did not call or ask them to do this. They just came out unsolicited and planned on billing me for work I did not request. I had already had this test done weeks ago by another company. They did not even bother to knock. They just started on the work. Fortunately, I heard the guy through the wall and had to go outside and see what was going on. Had I not been home at that time, I would have been billed for something that I already paid for two weeks earlier. Very shady stuff. When I called to speak to someone about it, they did not answer their phone. Great customer service guys.

The first time I use this company was because I had actually called on them in a previous job and remember them being so nice. I also could not get my normal plumbing company (at the time) to come out as quickly as I needed them. Connie is extremely knowledgeable and has given me great tips and tricks to prevent pipes freezing, what to do when pipes burst, and preventing it from happening again. I’ve use this company time and time again and will continue to do so based on her expertise alone. But the work they do is also fantastic-the prices are fair, the employees are also on time, they clean up after themselves, and they get the job done. Extremely professional. Highly, highly recommend.
