The two gentlemen who came to service our main line plumbing issues were professional, knowledgeable and able to fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate them being able to come so quickly and also gave recommendations. Will most definitely use them again!
We always try and shop and support with local businesses, And give positive online reviews whenever possible. I have never given a one star rating before, but Roto-Rooter doesn’t even deserve one full star in my opinion. I wish someone had told me - DO NOT USE this company. They came out MULTIPLE times to fix our shower and ultimately only made it worse. It started out as a small drip and now it’s contantly dripping. They came out to fix that and apparently couldn’t fix it so they gave us our money back and said they didn’t want to do any more work on it.....AFTER THEY MADE IT WORSE. The most upsetting part is how much water is being wasted now! I caution anyone to use their service. An all around poor experience.
