The plumbing service provided to me today by 1-Tom Plumbing was more professional than I could have imagined. Ryan and Joe responded promptly to my service request, were very knowledgeable as to the cause of my drain blockage problem, and the best options for resolving the problem. They were also well skilled and equally patient in explaining the issues involved, and the best path forward. They had my week-old problem fixed in very short timing, and left me feeling a sense of tremendous satisfaction and relief. No question in my mind that word of their expertise and professionalism will spread extensively. I highly recommend you call them for your critical drain blockage problems.

Highly recommended! 1 Tom Plumber did an awesome job. Very professional and filled with Knowledge from the owner down to the in field plumbers. We had an emergency situation with a flood that ruined our water heater. There response was very quick. They did a great job and answered any questions that I had.

Nice people, but didn’t get the job done. Was supposed to clear down spout and lines in yard, however Hydro jet got stuck and had to be cut out. While it was mother natures fault (darn roots!), we were left holding the bag for a huge mess. Lines were cut in 5 places. Yard was a mess and quoted repairs were very costly. Overall: tried to resolve with them but it didn’t feel good. Used another trusted plumber to make things right.

Paul was here within 1/2 hour , he was very courteous and and went about his work in a very professional manner. The issue was cleared up in no time.
