Trinity Water Systems

Rodney was GREAT! He installed on the same day I called. We purchased the hot water heater at Lowe’s, my husband gets a 10% veterans discount, Rodney picked it up. He was friendly honest and professional. It was a tight squeeze but he managed to get our 50 gallon gas beast of a water heater installed and only took about 2 hours. Very reasonable pricing!! Highly recommend and would definitely use again!!!!

Prompt, efficient, effective, courteous and knowledgable. I called Rod after weeks of searching for someone to fix a bad plumbing job by another company. Rod arrived on time and prepared. He quickly discovered the reason for the rotting (eggs and cabbage) smells coming from my pipes. He was also able to show me that the new PVC pipes installed by the previous 'plumber' were not sealed, glued nor hung properly causing the pipes to sag at multiple points and water to collect. Rodney fixed all these issues quickly and with minimal interruption to my household. I have had nothing but good nights’ sleep since. Thank you Rodney.

I called first thing this morning because our water softener is beyond my understanding. He said that he'd come out about 4:00. Great! I sent him a picture of our unit. He shows up and tells my husband he doesn't work on the non-digital water softeners. He could have saved us $95 and trying to get someone home to be there for the service call. He blew through in under 30 minutes. I'll give him 1 star for showing up as he said he would. What a waist! Oh, but he shared information on a unit for drinking water system for $1500 and we already have one.

The guy showed up on time. He evaluated the situation and told me how much it would cost. He worked hard and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. When he was done it the fair price he quoted was what he charged me. Nice!
