I have neen doing business with this family for many years. Tong's are honest, good people with fair pricing.

Very unimpressed! Had a tech come out to clear a clog in main drain. He wasn’t able to clear it with snake machine but it took him 6 hours to figure that out at almost 70$ an hour. I payed them almost 600$ total and still had to pay someone else to come clear it the next day! I will not be doing business with them again!!

not impressed at all, new system installed at a nursing home a month ago. we have had to call 3 times because quit blowing cold air....leak????????????????????????
