We had a major problem at our house (or what we would consider major) in which out water had to be shut off to resolve the issue. Not only was the entire staff friendly, but they kept us informed in every step making sure we k ee when they were coming and everything that may need to be done. Huge shout out to Freddy for coming and taking care of the ousted pipe! He literally was a lifesaver and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place if you need anything done!
What was a bad day was made better by the fact that the plumbers (Freddy and Zach) were able to come out and replace our water tank the same day and in a timely manner. Moreover, I appreciated the very kind and professional manner in which I was treated. It’s definitely a bummer when these things happen, but it makes it bearable when you have great individuals that provide excellent service. Thank you LPH Mechanical!
Freddy and Zach came out today and were so kind and friendly. They greeted me and my pets with care and compassion. They were able to trace down very quickly the plumbing leaks and come up with a solution. It is great to see young people like them and myself in the field proving to the world that not all millennials are incompetent. Thank you LPH Mechanical and Staff!
