Chris Vogel's Plumbing & Heating

My 1st review was somehow deleted because Mr. Vogel didn't want people to see his true colors. I hired him in February of 2018 to do some plumbing and sewage work. He chased me down for a large deposit at that time so he could order my sewage system because it was expensive. I gave him his deposit and told him I needed to have this up and running by June of 2018 due to moving. On March 1st 2018 he texted me and said he ordered my sewage system. He promised it would be done. As of today, May 18th of 2019, the project has still not been completed nor have I seen the system he ordered. That is well over a year now!!! Due to his neglect on this issue, the county has now changed the specs on what was originally required not only costing me double of what we had originally discussed but also the money I lost out by giving him the deposit. I have asked for money back, etc and to this day he still does not respond to phone calls or text. My experience with Chris is that he is not a man of his word and takes advantage of his customers. I would not hire him again and will be taking this situation to court when it's all said and done..

Came to my dads house with a days notice fixed the pump was fast and affordable

Best Plumber in Logan County I had a supply line leak. Called Chris Vogel and he had it fixed with quality parts, that day. Price was more than reasonable. Couldn’t expect anymore. I would use him again.
