We left a message on the “emergency” line at 4:15 PM on 7/15/19. As of 8 AM 7/16/19 we still have not heard back. I don’t consider making someone wait more than an hour without so much as a call back to be the proper handling of an emergency plumbing situation let alone close to 14 hours and counting. Fortunately my husband and father-in-law were able to fix the problem by 7 PM last night.

Gutridge Plumbing is the most reliable, affordable and kind plumbing business around! They have taken care of several large issues for my elderly mother and they treat her with the utmost kindness! I could not ask for a better group of professionals. Thanks Gutridge!

After, dealing with another company, we called Guthridge. They provided next day service and were able to fix what we couldn’t get fixed with the other company. Compliments to Alan and the team he dispatched. Thank you so much!

I called in for service because my water heater was not working. I was not home so i left my garage door open so they could access the utility room. I had to call in the next day to find out if they had been here. they said that tec was out and cleaned the ignitor. That if that did not fix it,they would have to order the part. I called the next day because it had stopped working again. They said they would order the part and it would take 2 days. after 3 days I called and they said it was not in. I called the next day in the morning because again noone had called me. They were very apologetic and said they would get back to me.I called in right before closing because noone had called me back. She said the gentleman in charge was out from a back injury. I told her that I thought the part had never been ordered. She agreed and promised to get it taken care of. Long story Short, I went without hot water for one week and it should have been 3 days. I wouldn't have been so upset if anyone would have given me any type of follow up. I work in customer service and this is truly not acceptable.

I had two leaky faucets needing repaired. One was minor leak inside, and one was a bigger leak problem outside. The plumber arrived exactly on time. He did a great job of fixing both problems. I always have good outcomes with Gutridge Plumbing. I highly recommend them.
