Craig and Jay were excellent. Very fast and professional. Good people doing good work. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for our needs. I would highly recommend them and call upon them for future need.

MARK Greene was great when he was changing out our garbage disposal. He was thorough and explained e everything he was doing so I could change the disposal out the next time it would need changed. We have a warranty with our home and this company is a preferred company through our warranty company. He did awesome!

Extremely professional. Received an email and text message prior to them showing up with a pisture of who was doing the work along with the ability to track the vehicle so I knew exactly when they would arrive. The plumber was polite and gave a detailed explanation of what work would be done and what my cost would be. Everything was cleaned up when the job was completed. Would definently recommend based off price, quality of work and professional attitude.

I am editing my review as requested by Angela at The Service Company. Her quick attention and timely reponse was acceptable and I have received my cancelled check back , but I am still unhappy with the service call experience I had. I bumped the overall review from a one star to a three star based upon her response which in itself deserved a higher rating. Comparitively speaking, I have had three very good esimates since this estimate and at no charge. It's The Service Company's perogative to run their business as they see fit; however, my opinion stands: I do not expect to be charged by someone just for them to tell me how they would fix something, especially if I don't like their fix and cost. The fact I was not told about the $59 charge up front notwithstanding, I am still a little flaberghasted by this business model. Original post: The Service Company came out to give me an estimate yesterday. All was well until the employee Craig was leaving; he said that will be $59 dollars. I was totally astounded. $59 to come out and do an estimate and didn't tell me up front? I wrote him a check and told him I would not have had him out to do the estimate if I knew they were charging me for it. I called and told them to keep their estimate and send my check back. They said they would return my check. Just be aware that these guys want to charge you just to tell you how much they want to do a job. In my opinion that is a very poor way to do business. They totally wasted my time.

These guys are great! After making several phone calls to find someone to clean out several underground downspout lines, they should up on time and went over and beyond to make sure everything is squared away. They listened to our concerns with the basement sump pump emptying into the discharge line to the street and then investigated and removed a blockage. Pricing was reasonable and worth it. Definitely recommend them and will use again.
