I gave this guy a chance after reading the other review (the only other review at this time) and I'm glad I did. He's a reasonable down-to-earth fellow with years of experience to apply to the job. He charges a fair price for his time. I don't know about you, but I sure appreciate it when someone doesn't rip me off.

Marty fixed two of my problems at one time, one which was an hvac issue. He is a very nice guy and I got the feeling that he cared about my problems. He missed an appointment, but he apologized. That never happens. A friend of mine recommended Marty to me, and 100% I recommend him to you.
