H Jack's Plumbing and Heating Akron

Came home to smelling gas. Called Dominion who came out right away and shut my gas off. Said I had a leak. Called 8 different plumbers that had no emergency service to come out and repair the leaks. Called H Jack’s of Akron and they had a team come out to determine how many holes I had in my pipes with in a half hour of my call. Gave me an estimate and that Sunday morning came out and had everything repaired, cleaned up and leveled my water heater without even asking. Chip and his team made us feel like we knew them our whole lives and couldn’t of asked for a better crew to have had repair our issue. Dominion said they were impressed with the work that they did as well. My family would like to thank Chip and his crew for the great service, fast repair and professionalism that they showed us. The guys that worked at my house were courteous, professional and did a good job dealing with my plumbing issues,but the work they did was grossly overpriced. Ended up being about $245 an hour. Ouch!

I had a clogged shower drain that I was unable to fix myself. I decided to call in a professional. The first 2 plumbers came from a well known national brand. Neither was able to resolve my issue with one even recommending cutting a hole in my ceiling to analyze the pipes. I decided to get a third opinion and called HJacks. They sent out 2 guys that worked diligently until they resolved the issue without cutting any holes in my ceiling. Their prices might be a tiny bit higher than some other national brands, but the work is so much better that it is absolutely worth it. I won't consider calling anyone else next time.
