Told us yesterday he'd be out this morning to pump out our septic. He didn't come and didn't call.

I would not recommend this company. I called them because they are local but the man on the phone was unprofessional and treated me like I was stupid. I will never call them again and if i were you I would call Joe's Plumbing super customer service and they had a technician appt scheduled within 2 hours.

If I could have given zero Stars I would. I have been trying to get him to come out to install a concrete cap on a septic tank for over a month. This is a 1/2 hr job of just replacing a cap. Everytime I call or talk to him he says he'll be out the next day. However he never shows up. I call or text him every few days and he promises he will be out the next day. We are going on over a month and a half of this and he still will not show up. Also know that he is only about 5 minutes away from me. I truly should have read the reviews first because they are 100% correct. I have no idea how he is still in business. He won't even drive 5 minutes away to drop off a septic cap. Just yesterday he promised he would be out today. And guess what nothing. I called and texted him also. Once again nothing. As of today he has a 1.8 review. It will drop even further once I submit this. Believe the negative reviews because they are correctDo not try to do business with Elite, because they will never show up.
