Rotor Rooter Sewer & Drain

Terrible experience. Made an appointment which they never kept. The dispatcher called late in the day saying the guy was still at the same house he started with that morning. Stupid me, I gave them a second chance and setup another appointment to get it done the next day. We had to cancel a Doctor's appointment to be here when the plumber was suppose to show up and thought the backed up kitchen sink was more important. Guess what? They didn't show up the second day either. The dispatcher finally called at 16:47 and I told her to forget it I'll get Noble Plumbing. The Plumber was a good hour away and lord know how long it would take them to fix our problem. Never again! Had to give them at least 1 star but they don't deserve it just to post this.
