They fixed my old bathroom and it turned out so nicely, I think it is probably the best room in the house!...They were very professional.

They were very prompt and courteous. I appreciate that they cleaned up after their service and arrived on time. I definitely trust them and will use them for my home and business for all my plumbing needs.

Full disclosure, I have never actually had them do any service so they may be very good plumbers. I wouldn't know since they never answer the phone. Due to my job, I have a lot of occasions where I need to have contractors do service for me. I estimate I have called these guys 6 or 7 times over the past 8 months and not once has anyone ever answered the phone. How do you do any work when I can't get ahold of you? Hire someone to answer your phone and book appointments, you know, like a real business.

Called several times to get up an appointment, never a call back! So I just drove to their shop to talk to them face to face, the lady at the desk said she would have Chris to call me and she took my number ,,still no call back! , that's been a couple months ago! ! Our business "had" an account with these guys for years! I will never call them again!

I called to set up an appointment, they called me back to say they didn’t have anything available... they didn’t even offer anything whatsoever. It’s confusing, what kind of business just doesn’t want business? They were referred by another company, who said they were booked up for the next few weeks but if I wanted something sooner to call them. The other company at least gave me a timeframe, they didn’t just say, sorry we have nothing available for you.
