Came and gave us a price for installing and removing a water heater. Then day of service the guys who came were friendly, professional and made sure area was cleaned. Compared to another company who wanted to charge a $1,000, Steve Kelsos plumbling is fair. Don't waste your money on another company. Thank you so much for your great service and fair pricing.

Called this company a month ago with an emergency but nobody ever showed up!!! I'm exhausted calling for help and am sick and tired of waiting for this company to return my call. Why are they in business? Don't waste your time calling this company since they just won't show up at all.

Used twice and not again. Used them the first time and they said the leak in my shower was due to my shower basin being cracked. That was only half the problem. The actual drain was not installed correctly and they did not notice that. Had another plumber fix that. Had an issue with my sump pump being loud and they come to check it and say it is because the pipes are bumping each other so they cable tie them together. I even asked if the valve was working correctly and they said yes it was normal to make noise. They charged me $60.00 for cable ties. Had another plumber here to work on my boiler and looked and confirmed that the check valves on my sump pump are indeed bad and need replaced like I had asked earlier. Guess I knew what I was talking about. I have called and asked for my money back and will not use them again as they are not accurate in what they do.
