I have spent the better part of a year trying to get them to quote and do a commercial job. if you have a commercial building or are a general contractor from out of state looking for a sub contractor keep looking. these are more come unclog the sink kinda plumber's .

Very pleased with the service and response I received from Thorne. Mike, the owner, immediately sent a tech realizing the ugency of a broken furnace in the middle of winter. TJ was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. For our remote location, I thought the charges were very reasonable. I would highly recommend their company.

Initial call october 30th. Came out a week later. Gave me a quote on fireplace gas line insert hookup for $500 (for those of you shopping around or other competitors). Said they would follow up with me in a couple weeks to set a date. Phone call never came. Gentlemen seemed very unsure or unorganized. Its sad, when you waste your time and also have to leave bad reviews.
