Roto Rooter came to our rescue on a Saturday when our business (Hometown Urgent Care of Zanesville) had a serious plumbing issue with our toilets! No one else in the area was open and we needed help FAST!!! I called them around noon that day and Jesse was at our center within an hour! He was very proactive by calling us to let us know that he was on his way and talking us through our plumbing issues to help us understand what was happening! Jesse was awesome! Thank you Roto Rooter for literally getting us out of a jam! lol
I had 2 inches of water in my basement due to a clogged main line. I called at 3:15 pm on a Saturday and by 4:30 pm Jack was here and quickly fixed the issue. He gave me information on how to prevent this from happening again. He was so nice! Quick and courteous service! I highly recommend them.
