Positive experience with a routine cleaning/tune-up/vacuuming for a home oil heating system and separate hot water heater. They provided excellent and timely customer service. Professional and courteous. Also, verbally explained and showed all what was done. They have better rates than any other company on Long Island. Very satisfied that the service call appointment was diligently completed.
Oil burner was making a crazy sound and not starting back properly after being filled with oil. Called up Global and an expert, Ray was sent over within a reasonable amount of time. Very professional! He explained everything that he was doing and fixed the problem! As a new homeowner, it was very important for me to know what was going on and what to look out for in the future.
