I Purchsed their Green Factor which I have used for a very long time. This morning after opening a newly purchased container and taking my drink as a did every morning I was upset to find there was a peculiar taste. When I looked at the container again I saw that they had added Cilantro and some other ingredient. I called the store and explained what had happened and they said they don’t take returns unless the product is unopened. Really?? There was no sign posted saying the product had been altered in any way. I am very intolerant of cilantro! So in other words I am out $55. because they won’t look to satisfy a steady customer. Very bad policy as far as I am concerned!!
