Had issues with hot water heater, Jeff and Jim did an outstanding job between communication, flexibility in scheduling and quickly worked to resolve an unforseen issue within our new home. We will be contacting them again for any future needs. Absolutely would recommend. Thank you!

I love Jeff & Roddy & the staff because of Rod, I got a job @ Home Depot "They're Huge" (in my Rodney voice) SNIDERMANS definitely the best hardware store in Rochester & even rent out any TOOL you would usually have to buy.......love u guys Q.B (former neighbor)

Excellent service!!! They are more than just a hardware store. If you are a single woman in need of home repairs start here. They are honest and do not inflate the prices. And they are so knowledgeable! I've been coming to them for 10 years now.
