Very reliable have used many times. Gave me a price to change a faucet which they had estimated to take under an hour. Ended up having a complication which added an hour to the job, they held original price. Daniel in the office is super!!

It was the worst experience of my life. 1. They installed a wall-mount heating unit that shut itself off at night due to low pressure caused by an extra pressure regulator they installed. In addition they did not install the required "Acid Neutralizer" 2. They re-piped the main line and the sprinkler system - the sprinkler did not work after that, the heads wouldn't come up (it was working before). They replaced 3/4" copper pipe with 3/4" PEX causing substantial pressure drop. (when replacing copper with PEX you MUST UP-SIZE). Called/texted them dozen of times but they refused to fix the problems. I paid them $8,600 , and cost me an additional $2,054 to get everything working. A REAL DISASTER!!!!!!

They were very responsive to my problem, fixed it quickly and properly, and were reasonable with their bill. I would use them again.
