Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Rochester

I've had 3 fantastic, professional experiences with Empire. This winter they installed a new boiler system in our home on an emergency basis and this spring they installed 2 Gree AC/heat systems in same home and just yesterday they completed same AC/heat system install at our summer cottage. Fred drove over an hour to come see and give estimate for cottage job. 5 days later job was completed. Chris and helper Ken did a fantastic job with a difficult area to work around. They reviewed system in its entirety with me when done. All 3 installs were as good as it can get- no hitches, issues or headaches. A truly professional company to work with and I will continue to use them for all service work and do highly recommend them.

I feel compelled to comment on the great response we got from Empire Heating and Cooling this morning. I made a call when I realized that the furnace was not working properly. Within the hour, the Empire serviceman was at our door and quickly solved the problem. It gives us peace of mind to know that on a brutally cold morning (-2 degrees) that kind of service is available. I have met a few of their people and they all are courteous and professional. 5 stars.
