Highly Recommended - I had a Fujitsu ductless mini split installed yesterday (05/15/19). Installation went smooth with installers Adam and Ricky. These guys do quality professional work, doing things right in every step of the process. Their knowledge and explanation of any questions I had was greatly appreciated. I felt like they were good friends by completion of the project. I also want to thank Jeff for his time and answering all my questions prior to the installation and Dave in accounting for the smooth transaction. Very very pleased with our experience with the Tick Tock Group! Within the half hour of calling, someone was at our door ready to help. They were very professional and thorough in explaining what was wrong. They helped fix the issue in a timely manner! We will definitely be using them again!
Had a couple plumbing issues. Technician (Jesse) arrived on time. Wore shoe covers. Was pleasant, professional and equipped to get the work done. I am very satisfied with Tic Toc's service package. Would recommend.
Honest and Hard Working. Had them come and take a look at a job and once we started discussing it we decided that that job was too big for them take on at the present moment. They were completely honest about it and they were very knowledgeable and even recomended some other contractors in the area. Also they didn't charge me anything for coming to look at my job. Will definitely be using them in the future for any maintenance needs thanks for the advice.
I called a number of heating contractors. Of the nine I called, only 3 got back to me. Of these three only one would get right back to me when I had questions. This company was The Tick Tock Group. Chris was very easy to contact and worked with me on all aspects of replacing my boiler. All the employees made sure they wore booties when entering the house, The all answered any and all questions I had. The workmanship they performed was outstanding. I would recommend them to all.
