If your home has any problems with the heating and cooling system, call CNS. Over the last two years, the heating and cooling system in my parent's home required some minor maintenance. Just recently, one of the central A/C units had to be replaced. But whether the job was big or small, CNS was always there for us. When you call for service, Jamie or Linda will take care of you. Each time I call, they are both very accommodating, professional, and courteous. They are always upfront about fees and scheduling appointments. I appreciate that they are very responsive to customer needs and they always keep me posted. The service techs are always prompt and professional. They always inform us on what the problem is, how it can be fixed, and what solutions are available to us. Whenever there is a home repair needed, half the battle is finding the right people to do the job, do it right, and at a fair price. But I have total peace of mind knowing who to call and trust any time our boiler or A/C system needs service. Special thanks to Jamie, Linda in the office and the service techs (Charlie, Steve) that have come to our home.

It's early in the relationship but they get high marks. Trustworthy, punctual, respectful of our time and property. And, they seem to take a longterm approach to the relationship, giving alternative solutions to an issue, with benefits and drawbacks of each.

CNS replaced 2 old furnaces and 2 AC units. Charlie was knowledgeable and explained everything. He provided options and suggestions. The staff is polite and responsible. Work was done neatly, on time and on budget. I priced 3 vendors and selected CNS based on price and knowledge.

CNS is great! We had several heating and cooling issues throughout a renovation and after, and they were always very responsive, on time, and courteous. The owner and all of the staff always made sure to explain everything to us and are always able to help and answer questions anytime they come up. Great experience working with CNS. We had our boiler replaced and Spacepak HVAC installed throughout the house. Charlie came to the house a couple of times to answer my questions and go through the whole process. The team got the job completed on time and were able to work independently while I was traveling. The installation actually went better than expected as they managed to avoid boxing any of the duct work which we originally throught would be needed. Jamie was great to work, responsive and patient in answering my various questions. CNS were also very competitive relative to other quotes I received. Overall, very positive experience and highly recommended.
