Performed regular maintenance in May 2018 pumping the main ring. Apparently only the water was removed, even though the price I was quoted was to empty the ring of solids as well. Cesspool backed up just before Christmas. Prior to these guys, the last time the main ring was pumped was 18 months before. So 18 months without issue vs 7 months before back up with no changes in use. I will never use again.
