Hi Travis, If you were truly sorry about my experience you would have returned one of the many many calls I made to your company. I spoke with Nicole and Maureen on multiple occasions. Both apologized up and down while assuring me that my messages were being relayed to both Jason and yourself. Chris came to the house and after seeing the condition of the “finished floor” refused to accept the final payment because the whole section would have to be ripped up and re-laid with sub flooring (something we initially asked about at the beginning of the job.) Since that day not one attempt to reach me has been made, and all my calls have gone unanswered. It’s now going on 6 months since our contract was signed. My floor is buckling now In three locations: the quality of the work throughout was sub par and the customer service, abysmal. If you want to make this right you can refund the money which was paid to you so I can find a competent company to fix the mess yours left.

I called them in the middle of the night when my pipes burst and water was everywhere. They handled everything in the most professional matter. I recommended them to anyone else that has an unfortunate event as I did. And there reconstruction work was great and my house looks better than before.
