Hired them to fix a leak. We were told not to run the water for a few hours after “repair” and when we turned water back on exact same leak reoccurred. We found their customer service to be poor—their policy is only to resend same plumber who we did not judge to be capable (would charge again to send a different plumber). We are now hiring a different plumbing company to fix our plumbing problem correctly.
