I purchased carpet for my whole house it was special order, I've had problem with the installation it was very poor. U can see the seems and now the carpet is coming apart The carpet is shy of 4yrs and they tell me it's out of warranty and I should buy new carpet , now im pissed off because instead of meeting me half way or a discount on just fixing the living room they rather loose my whole entire business totally.
