Total Rip OFF!! Stay AWAY!! They charged me $438 to fix a leaky bathroom faucet .1st repairman arrives, claims he fixed it 10 minutes after he left leak is back WORSE than before.2nd repairman shows up with a child as his "Helper" says I need a cartridge ($9 Part On Amazon) returns a 3rd time to repair , This takes all of 5 minutes TOPS .. I explained to him that he was here all of 5 minutes for $438?? he just shrugged his shoulders.. I called Rob the owner to see if he would help with the pricing No help at all !! I feel totally ripped off..
I have been working wih Rob on multiple projects. They are honest , fair, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them
Extremely dissatisfied with this company constantly not showing up for appointments. Problems take months to remedy.
