Chamberlain Septic & Sewer

If there was an option to list 0 out of 5 i would. The seller of my house had an inspection done and the tech told us both to our face everything looked good and was operating normal. When we got the report back *late* they said something was wrong with the leach field. I called to ask why we were told two different things and explained the scenario and the manager told me that the tech did not say it was good. But in reality the tech lied to both myself and the seller to avoid an awkward conversation of doing his job and just needing to tell us and be honest about what the issue was with the septic tank. Lost all my trust what little i had for Chamberlain and now i need to drop another 400 dollars to get a second opinion because this company cant keep track of their lies. absolutely terrible service. Most sketchy people i have ever talked to.

Took time off work for an appointment and they didn't show up. Would not be writing this review if they had the courtesy to at least call me.

Excellent and very professional company! I have to be honest, I tried saving a few bucks last time I needed a septic pump and used another company. I will never do that again... I highly recommend this company, they are the best in the business. P.S. In response to the Brian O'Connell review left four months ago. It is never a good practice to wait to the last second to have your septic tank pumped. You stated you called and then expected them to come out the next day? That is not fare to Chamberlain and if you needed a septic pump that badly, that just shows that you are not a responsible business owner. You should always call ahead, especially with septic pumping.

jessie and joe came a day before scheduled and were great..the took care of cover that deteriated over time..pumped out tank and explained how to maintain a healthy system.. clean and professional..my first time wont be my last dealing with chamberlin...great job
