Gerard Knox responded to a middle of the night plea for lack of heat to a new customer.He tried most inexpensive repair possibilities FIRST. EVENTUALLY SOLVED WATER HEATER AND STEAM BOILER PROBLEMS. i truly appreciate all his efforts and fixes.I highly recommend him and am keeping him on the short list for me and my family's repair needs.
