Outstanding, professional, prompt, willing to answer each and every question that I had regarding my cesspool ISSUE and most importantly they cleaned up everything and put the area around the cesspool back to the way they found it before the work was started. The in-house staff of Danielle, Lindsey and Maude were helpful in my understanding the billing and the services that were needed, Danielle even told me it was a waste of money to pump the cesspool as the pool wasn't full of water and pumping the type of pool that I have might have damaged the pool by unnecessary pumping. I have a block pool that takes care of creating its own bacteria to keep the pool in good working order. Michael the tech on my job was professional answered all of my contractor's questions (Michael was really quizzed..lol) and made sure that the everything was perfectly done both upstairs and my basement bathroom. His apprentice Mauriccio was also excellent, you would have never known it was his first day on the job and he learning. I have had some awful experiences before with other cesspool companies at the house and truly dreaded this project, but THANK YOU Quackenbush for making my day and making life in the house viable. Hope not to need you again, but will definitely recommend your company to anyone that has cesspool issues. JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!

We were impressed by the responsiveness of Quackenbush and their very skilled and hard-working crew when we had a septic system emergency in East Hampton last year. In a panic when our drains were not working and began backing up, we knew almost nothing about the location of our drain line, septic fields and tank. The Quackenbush crew had to excavate to find our line and replace all the faulty parts. We are grateful for their patience and hard work.
